Verónica Vera recently joined the litigation team at Irún & Villamayor to contribute her proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm in defending our clients’ interests in court.

With a solid professional background and an outstanding career, Verónica has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. In the public sphere, she held positions at the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Office of the Comptroller General and at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the judicial system and strong conflict resolution skills.

In the private sector, Verónica has worked as legal advisor to companies, specializing in labor, corporate, and business law. Her experience includes, among other matters, drafting contracts, handling litigation in various jurisdictions, and preparing a range of corporate documents.
