Sonia Pastore joined the Irún & Villamayor team to contribute her solid expertise in employment regulation, contract management, and regulatory compliance, supporting companies in strategic decision-making and in the prevention of labour disputes.

With more than ten years of legal advisory experience, gained both in the corporate sphere and in private practice, she was part of the Tigo People team for almost a decade, where she led large-scale processes such as the transfer of more than 2,000 employees and the insourcing of over 3,000 collaborators, ensuring successful transitions and full compliance with employment and social security obligations.

She has designed and implemented internal policies and preventive protocols, including programmes against workplace violence, ethics and conduct manuals, and the updating of internal regulations. Her work has focused on strengthening human resources management through clear, preventive legal solutions aligned with current legislation.

In addition, she holds training in university teaching and has lectured in civil and notarial law at various academic institutions, standing out for her pedagogical skills and commitment to professional development.
