Jimena Irún is part of our firm’s preventive advisory team and serves as Communications Director. She specializes in labor law and human resource management, with a focus on employment contracts and strategic labor relations across various industries, particularly industrial production, services, IT, and maquila-sector multinationals.

Her experience includes drafting, negotiating, and terminating individual employment contracts (with or without cause), and preparing legal-technical opinions to ensure compliance and reduce legal risks. Her background in the judiciary gives her a comprehensive legal perspective that helps anticipate contingencies and prevent sanctions.

She also assesses compliance to identify vulnerabilities and minimize risks for companies. Her role includes drafting and reviewing internal labor policies to align with regulations and best HR practices.
