Over his career, he has successfully managed strikes and collective bargaining for the employer sector, labor restructuring, contingency handling due to workplace accidents, mass layoffs, and shutdowns. He has also implemented compliance strategies during corporate mergers, ensuring orderly labor transitions and minimizing legal risks.
